At My Fit Kids, we help children build strong foundations for a lifetime of movement.

Our programs are thoughtfully designed to develop physical literacy in children from pre-school through to Year 6, supporting growing bodies with age-appropriate, engaging activities.

Led by passionate, experienced coaches, our sessions are energetic, inclusive and fun - while still providing the right level of challenge to help every child grow.

We focus on building skills, confidence and a genuine love for movement, so every child feels capable and supported.

With over 19 years of experience across the health, fitness and sports industries, our coaching team brings a wealth of knowledge from a wide range of sporting backgrounds, including basketball, cricket, football, tennis and athletics. This depth of experience allows us to deliver high-quality programs that nurture coordination, confidence and lifelong healthy habits.
