Ages 5-7 years

Our Prep & Year One program helps children build on their early foundations and grow into confident, capable young athletes.

Through a fun and engaging mix of age-appropriate fitness activities and sport-specific skill development, kids continue to strengthen coordination, movement patterns, and self-belief.

With exposure to a variety of sports, including tennis, cricket, touch football, basketball, and golf, each session provides the skills and confidence needed for safe, enjoyable participation in both team and individual sports.

Our program lays the groundwork for healthy habits, a love of movement, and a lifelong enthusiasm for staying active.
