My Fit Kids programs are run out of two of the Gold Coast’s most respected schools: The Southport School (TSS) and St Hilda’s School. Both venues provide safe, high-quality facilities where children can learn, play, and grow through sport and movement.

Our Pre-Prep classes are the perfect introduction to the world of kids’ sports and fitness.
Each session introduces the basics of a variety of sports in a supportive, play-based environment, helping children build confidence, improve social skills, and learn the value of teamwork — all while having fun and staying active.

Our Prep & Year One program helps children build on their early foundations and grow into confident, capable young athletes.
Through a fun and engaging mix of age-appropriate fitness activities and sport-specific skill development, kids continue to strengthen coordination, movement patterns, and self-belief.
With exposure to a variety of sports, including hockey, cricket, touch football, basketball, golf and dodgeball each session provides the skills and confidence needed for safe, enjoyable participation in both team and individual sports.

Our Boot Camp program is designed to help children build fitness, resilience, and confidence through a fun, energetic mix of moderate to high-intensity activities tailored to each age group. Children will engage in a diverse range of sports, including hockey, cricket, basketball, dodgeball and more, keeping sessions dynamic while developing coordination, teamwork, and overall athletic ability.

Our Specialist Programs are designed for young athletes who want to develop their skills, boost confidence, and open the door to future sporting opportunities.
With access to some of the Gold Coast’s top facilities and a team of experienced, passionate coaches, we create a high-quality training environment focused on long-term development, skill progression, and sport-specific techniques.
We currently run Basketball Academies for boys at TSS Prep, catering to students from Reception through to Year 4. These sessions not only build a strong technical foundation, but also provide a direct pathway into the TSS GPS Basketball Program, preparing boys for competitive school representation from Year 5 and beyond.
Whether your child wants to improve their game, refine their skills, or work toward elite school competition, our Specialist Programs are designed to turn potential into performance, helping each athlete grow, thrive, and reach their sporting goals.
FAQ’s
Q: Where are classes & holiday camp located?
At TSS, classes are held in various locations across the Prep Campus. Students and parents will be notified of the location prior to each class.
At St Hilda’s, classes are held in the MPC or at the Netball Courts, with locations communicated in advance.
Our holiday camps are held at TSS Prep Campus only each school holidays
Q: Do you collect students from classrooms, or do they need to make their own way to class?
A: For TSS students in Pre-Prep to Year 1, our coaches will collect them directly from their classrooms. Students in Years 2–6 are required to make their own way to class.
At St Hilda’s only, we also collect Year 2 students.
Q: Do you offer casual classes, or is enrolment for a full term?
A: All classes are paid in advance for the full term. If you are enrolling mid-term or would like to discuss casual class options, please contact us at info@myfitkids.com.au.
Q: What ages can attend the TSS Holiday Camps?
We accept students from Pre-Prep through to Year 6.
Q: Do students need to bring anything to lessons or camp?
A: For term-based classes, students are required to wear their school sports uniform. Students may also wear their My Fit Kids shirt.
For Holiday Camp, please pack morning tea, lunch, a hat, and a water bottle. Comfortable sports clothing and suitable footwear are recommended.
