Coach Pat has been inspiring young athletes since 2007, holding professional accreditations in tennis, cricket, and fitness coaching.

A former representative athlete at both junior and senior levels, Coach Pat brings first-hand sporting experience and a deep understanding of how children learn and grow through movement.

He has worked with hundreds of children across The Southport School, St Hilda’s, multi-sport programs, and specialist camps both on the Gold Coast and internationally. The sessions are fun, engaging, and designed to help every child move with confidence, build skills, and enjoy being active.

Most importantly, Coach Pat connects with each child, understanding their unique needs and supporting them to thrive in every session.

From first steps to big achievements, Coach Pat and the MFK’s team are there to guide every child with care, expertise, and encouragement.

Meet Coach Pat

Our Team

Our programs are delivered by highly experienced lead coaches and supported by enthusiastic assistant coaches through our valued partnership with Griffith University.

These assistant coaches are current university students who bring fresh energy, contemporary learning and a range of coaching qualifications, while gaining meaningful hands-on experience working with children.

Drawing from diverse sporting backgrounds including tennis, football, basketball, cricket and athletics, our team delivers dynamic, well-rounded sessions that keep children engaged and motivated. Every coach holds a current Working with Children accreditation, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR, ensuring a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.

This depth of expertise, combined with our strong commitment to education, mentorship and child development, allows My Fit Kids to deliver high-quality programs that build physical skills, coordination, confidence and a lifelong love of movement in every child.
